Jamaica – Hurricane Melissa (landfall: Oct 28, 2025)

Snapshot (as of Nov 11, 2025): Officials confirm 45 deaths and 15 missing. Power is restored to roughly 60-64% of customers; water service is Approx 70% restored. International flights have resumed on a limited/rolling basis while repairs continue.
